Farewell Muscle & Fitness- but what a great ride!

I wanted everyone to know that I am no longer with Muscle & Fitness. What a great 10 years of service (3 as the fitness director) it has been.

I spoke to Mando a couple of weeks ago, He directed Darlina to your site. She has
really done well. She is First Class.
