Hey guys, check out today’s segment on EXTRA. Mario Lopez and I are working Tuddy BACK into fighting shape. But after last week, Tuddy was a little discouraged, so I decided to let him get a little fresh air.
We decided to concentrate on interval training for good reason! Intervals help burn fat and save muscle in less time! But if you’re not accustomed to intervals, start out easy. Run for 15 seconds, walk for a minute. Work your way up in sprint time and down in walk time.
